By accessing or using the Diamond Collection website (diamondcollectiononline.com) or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services. These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use our services.

 

Diamond Collection is a family-owned fine jewelry store located at 1 East Main St. in Historic Uptown Norwalk, Ohio. We have served our community since 1988, offering exquisite diamond rings, custom jewelry design, fine jewelry sales, and precious metal purchasing services.

These Terms govern use of our online store and website. For in-store purchases and transactions, different or additional terms may apply at the point of sale.

 

3.1 Order Acceptance

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion. Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of a written or electronic order confirmation from Diamond Collection.

3.2 Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time before an order is confirmed. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and provide an opportunity to confirm your order at the correct price or cancel without charge.

Product availability is not guaranteed. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

3.3 Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. Payment is processed at the time of order. All transactions are secured with industry-standard encryption.

3.4 Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces

Custom and made-to-order jewelry requires a non-refundable deposit (typically 50% of the total price) at the time the order is placed. The deposit covers design consultations, materials sourcing, and artisan labor. Specific terms for each custom piece will be confirmed in writing before work begins.

4.1 Processing Time

Ready-made items typically ship within 2–5 business days of order confirmation. Custom and made-to-order pieces have individual timelines confirmed at the time of order.

4.2 Shipping Methods

We ship via insured carriers only. All jewelry shipments are fully insured at their declared value. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.

4.3 Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss for purchased items pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. In the event of a shipping loss or damage, we will assist you in filing an insurance claim.

 

We make every effort to accurately describe our products, including photographs, gemstone specifications, metal types, and dimensions. However, slight variations in color, finish, and appearance may occur due to individual screen settings, photography lighting, and the natural character of gemstones and precious metals. These variations are not grounds for return unless the item materially differs from its description.

 

All content on this website — including text, photos, logos, and design elements — is the property of Diamond Collection and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

 

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We collect only the information necessary to process your orders and improve your experience. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Diamond Collection shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your purchase or use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the relevant item.

 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Huron County, Ohio.

 

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our website or services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. The effective date at the top of this document reflects the most recent update.
