Refund policy
At Diamond Collection, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we sell. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please review our return policy carefully before ordering.
1. Ready-Made Jewelry — 30-Day Return Window
We accept returns on ready-made (non-custom) jewelry within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return:
• The item must be in its original, unworn condition
• All original packaging, certificates, and documentation must be included
• The item must not have been altered, resized, engraved, or repaired
• A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must accompany the return
Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered after delivery are not eligible for return.
1.1 How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, contact us within 30 days of delivery:

We will provide return shipping instructions. All return shipments must be insured for the full value of the item. Diamond Collection is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
1.2 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
1.3 Exchanges
We are happy to exchange eligible items for another item of equal or greater value within the 30-day window. If the exchange item is of greater value, the difference will be charged to your original payment method.
2. Custom & Made-to-Order Jewelry
Because custom pieces are designed and crafted specifically for each customer, they are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. However, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship.
If a custom piece arrives with a manufacturing defect or materially differs from the agreed-upon design specifications, we will work with you to correct the issue at no additional cost. Please inspect your custom piece upon receipt and notify us within 7 days of delivery if you have any concerns.
3. Deposits for Custom Work
All deposits paid for custom jewelry design are non-refundable. Deposits cover the cost of design consultations, materials procurement, and artisan labor that begins immediately upon order confirmation. If you choose to cancel a custom order after work has begun, the deposit will not be returned. If materials have already been ordered, you may also be responsible for any additional material costs incurred
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged in transit or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a prepaid return label and send a replacement or issue a full refund, including original shipping charges, at your preference.
5. Gifts
Items purchased as gifts and accompanied by a gift receipt are eligible for exchange or store credit (but not a refund to the original payment method) within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided they meet all other return conditions.
6. Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances:
• Custom and made-to-order pieces
• Items marked "Final Sale" at time of purchase
• Items that have been altered, engraved, resized, or repaired after delivery
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons), unless defective
